How do gift codes work?
GLO gift codes are one-time codes. Click "Secure checkout", then enter the code in the promotion code field on the Stripe checkout page. Each code works once.
How does the sleeve name work?
On any hoodie, type a name of up to 12 letters (spaces allowed). It's +$5 on every hoodie. Hats can't be personalized. Personalized items are final sale.
How long does shipping take?
About 1–2 weeks in the US, since every piece is printed for you. US shipping is always free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is charged at checkout, and you pay any customs duties, tariffs and import taxes on delivery.
How do the hoodies fit?
Unisex, relaxed fit. If you're between sizes or like it roomy, size up.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before it goes to print.
